  • unsalted butter100 g
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • passion fruit4 unit(s)
  • Corn starch1/2 cup
  1. Mix the wheat flour with the cornstarch and butter, knead the dough until smooth. Line the molds with the dough and bake until golden.
  2. In a bowl, place the condensed milk next to the cream and the passion fruit juice (passion fruit passes through a sieve to extract the juice) mix and refrigerate.
  3. Serve the mousse in the sequilhos cones.
