Palm heart quiche with leek

- Wheat Flour (1 and 1/3 cup)160 g
- Cold butter4 tablespoon
- Salt1/4 teaspoon
- Water3 tablespoon
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Sour cream200 g
- Small leek1 unit(s)
- Small carrot1 unit(s)
- Heart of palm (1 glass)270 g
- Black pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Mix the flour, salt and butter in a food processor. Add the water little by little until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Open the dough with a rolling pin and line a shape and set aside.
- Chop the leek, carrot and heart of palm (if not already chopped) and place on top of the quiche dough, inside the mold.
- In a bowl, place the eggs, pepper and cream and mix well. Pour this mixture over the hearts of palm and leek.
- Cover with the grated Parmesan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes, until the cheese is golden. If you have a grill function in the oven, put it on for 3 to 5 minutes.
