  • Wheat Flour (1 and 1/3 cup)160 g
  • Cold butter4 tablespoon
  • Salt1/4 teaspoon
  • Water3 tablespoon
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Small leek1 unit(s)
  • Small carrot1 unit(s)
  • Heart of palm (1 glass)270 g
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
  1. Mix the flour, salt and butter in a food processor. Add the water little by little until you get a homogeneous mass.
  2. Open the dough with a rolling pin and line a shape and set aside.
  3. Chop the leek, carrot and heart of palm (if not already chopped) and place on top of the quiche dough, inside the mold.
  4. In a bowl, place the eggs, pepper and cream and mix well. Pour this mixture over the hearts of palm and leek.
  5. Cover with the grated Parmesan.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes, until the cheese is golden. If you have a grill function in the oven, put it on for 3 to 5 minutes.
