- In a pressure cooker, start by placing the can of condensed milk, cover with water and bring to a boil. Leave the pan on the fire until you get pressure, when you get pressure, leave it for another 30 minutes for the condensed milk to reach the point of dulce de leche. Then turn it off and let the can cool down so you can mix with the candy. When the can is cool, put the dulce de leche in a bowl and add the cream. Stir until one ingredient is incorporated into the other. Also, chop the bis into pieces and add it with the other ingredients. Finally, put the candy in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Then serve.
