Colocar todos os ingredientes num bowl e bater com ajuda do fouet e por último acrescente o fermento e bate mais um pouco.

 Num refratário adicione um pouquinho de azeite e espalhe.

O forno tem que já está preaquecido.

Despejar o omelete no refratário e leve ao forno por 35 a 40 minutos.

Ele tem que ficar douradinho.
Quando estiver bom só tirar do forno e servir com arroz branco e salada de folhas fica maravilhoso.
