  • Oat bran2 cup
  • Xylitol3 tablespoon
  • Coconut oil2 tablespoon
  • Skimmed milk5 tablespoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Baking powder1 teaspoon
  • Blackberries to taste
  1. Mix 1 cup of oat bran, 1 tablespoon of xylitol and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, until it becomes a raw farofinha. Reserve;
  2. In a bowl, mix the remaining oat bran, xylitol and coconut oil. Also add the egg, milk and yeast. Mix well;
  3. In a mini greased shape with a hole in the middle (or in a small glass refractory), place the dough mixture.
  4. Place the blackberries on top of the dough;
  5. Cover with the farofinha that was reserved;
  6. Take the airfryer, 180°, for 20 minutes, but always looking and sticking a toothpick, until the toothpick comes out dry, but that it is golden on top.
