- Ground beef | 500 g
- Oil | 100 ml
- Salt | to taste
- Onion | 1 unit(s)
- Cottage cheese | to taste
- Season | 1 unit(s)
- Eggs | 2 unit(s)
- Milk | 400 ml
- Wheat flour | 220 g
- Baking powder | 1 tablespoon
Recipe
- For the stuffing: in a pan, put the oil and take it to the fire to warm up. Add the ground beef and sauté until the liquid formed dries up. Add the onion, seasoning and salt, and cook. Remove from heat, add the curd, mix and set aside.
- For the dough: in the blender, place the eggs, oil, milk, salt and wheat flour, and beat for 3 minutes, or until smooth. Add the yeast and mix quickly.
- Arrange half of the dough on a baking sheet, greased and floured, distribute the stuffing on top and cover with the remaining dough. Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven, wait for it to get warm and then serve.
