  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Oat flour1 cup
  • Milk2 cup
  • Oil or olive oil1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Ground beef1/2 kg
  • Vegetable pickle1 can(s)
  • Seasoning to taste
  • Grated Parmesan1 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella cheese to taste
  1. Dough: Mix all the ingredients in the blender, except the yeast. Beat well for approximately 3 minutes. Then, add the yeast and mix in the dough gently. Reserve.
  2. Stuffing: In a pan, sauté garlic and onion in olive oil. Then add the ground beef. Leave it on low heat for a few minutes and stir gently. It will release water. When it is a little cooked, add the salt, stirring constantly. Add black pepper, basil or your favorite seasoning. Let the meat get very dry and add the vegetable selection. Reserve.
  3. Pie assembly: Grease a round shape with a hole with margarine and flour. Add half of the dough and on top the ground beef, if you want you can put cheese and finally another layer of dough. Sprinkle parmesan on top and bake for approximately 45 min. When it's golden, remove from the oven, wait to cool and enjoy!
