  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Yeast powder1 tablespoon
  • Ground beef1 kg
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Corn1 can(s)
  • Olive to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Mozzarella300 g
  1. Mix all the dough ingredients in a blender.
  2. For the stuffing, fry the meat as usual.
  3. Then add the onion, tomato, pepper and green chili peppers.
  4. Put the green corn, the olive.
  5. Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle some wheat. Place half of the dough, over the stuffing, throw a little oregano and then the rest of the dough. Reserve a little to wet last.
  6. Spread the mozzarella over the dough and pepper slices to decorate.
  7. Bake in the oven for approximately 40 minutes.
