Cashew Nut Cream

For the dough: mix the flours, the butter, 1 egg and the Parmesan, until it forms a dough.
Arrange the dough in a removable background shape (18 cm), make holes with a fork, and take it to pre-bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
Stuffing: beat in the blender 1 egg, the milk cream (I used cashew nut, but it's optional) and the buffalo mozzarella. Then add the salt, nutmeg and herbs.
With the pre-baked dough, place the stuffing on the base and put it in the oven for another 30 minutes.
