  • Natural Yogurt170 g
  • Half-cured cheese150 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Saffron to taste
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Cooked and Shredded Chicken400 g
  • Light Ricotta Cream to taste
  1. 1. Cook the chicken and shred it.
  2. 2. Blend all the ingredients for the dough, except the baking powder, in a blender, blending until a smooth cream is formed.
  3. 3. Add the baking powder and mix with a spatula.
  4. 4. Pour a part of the dough in a roasting pan greased with a thread of olive oil.
  5. 5. Place the chicken filling and the ricotta cream.
  6. 6. Pour the rest of the dough.
  7. 7. Sprinkle some grated cheese.
  8. 8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180º C until the dough is cooked and golden on top.
