- Natural Yogurt170 g
- Half-cured cheese150 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Saffron to taste
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Cooked and Shredded Chicken400 g
- Light Ricotta Cream to taste
- 1. Cook the chicken and shred it.
- 2. Blend all the ingredients for the dough, except the baking powder, in a blender, blending until a smooth cream is formed.
- 3. Add the baking powder and mix with a spatula.
- 4. Pour a part of the dough in a roasting pan greased with a thread of olive oil.
- 5. Place the chicken filling and the ricotta cream.
- 6. Pour the rest of the dough.
- 7. Sprinkle some grated cheese.
- 8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180º C until the dough is cooked and golden on top.
