  • Maizena Biscuit400 g
  • Margarine100 g
  • Colorless Gelatin1 unit(s)
  • Whipped cream200 ml
  • Lemon Zest1 to taste
  1. Grind the cookie and melt the margarine, mix the two together and form a wet dough (if you need a little more margarine, just melt it), line the entire mold with this cookie dough. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes to set and crisp. Let cool. In a blender, blend all the ingredients except the gelatin. Squeeze the juice out of the lemons and mix well to beat. The gelatin has to hydrate it first, so put half of the gelatin (package) in a small bowl or glass and about 3 tablespoons of water, mix and microwave for 25 seconds. Hydrated, throw in the middle of the other ingredients and beat some more. With the cookie base cold, pour the lemon cream on top and decorate with whipped cream, lemon zest and a sliced lemon. Place in the fridge for about 2 hours.
