  • Butter120 g
  • Condensed Milk2 can(s)
  • cream400 ml
  • Tahiti Lemon4 unit(s)
  1. Crush the cookie.
  2. Mix the cold butter in small pieces and mix with your hands until it forms a moldable crumb.
  3. Line the shape with the dough, pressing the bottom and sides so that it fills all the spaces.
  4. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes to set the butter.
  5. After 5 minutes, remove from the freezer and place in the oven for 10 minutes. Reserve.
  6. In the blender, beat the rest of the ingredients using, from the lemon, the juice and zest of the peel.
  7. After the dough has cooled, pour the cream and take it to the fridge for at least 3 hours.
  8. Serve topped with lemon zest or icing sugar.
