  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Lemon zest2 to taste
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  1. Make a farofa with the wheat flour, sugar, butter and lemon zest
  2. Add the beaten egg and mix with your hands until you have a non-sticky dough. Let it rest in the fridge for 20 minutes
  3. After this time, line the bottom of a 20 cm detachable form
  4. Pierce with a fork and bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Mix the ingredients and hit the blender
  6. Place the stuffing on top of the baked and cooled dough. Decorate with the shavings, take it to the fridge to harden. Unmold and glue the cookies around
