  • Gelatin sachet1 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour1 cup

  • Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  • Chemical Baking Powder1/2 tablespoon
  • Can of condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Lemon juice1/2 cup
  1. In a bowl, combine the eggs, sugar and oil. Mix everything with the help of a wire whisk or a spoon. Then add the water and gelatin. Mix and add the wheat flour
  2. Stir until the mixture is homogeneous. Finally, add the yeast and mix gently until the dough is incorporated. Pour this dough into a greased and floured form. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for about half an hour.
  3. Coverage: Mix condensed milk and lemon juice and place on top of the cold cake. Sprinkle lemon zest.
