- In a bowl, combine the eggs, sugar and oil. Mix everything with the help of a wire whisk or a spoon. Then add the water and gelatin. Mix and add the wheat flour
- Stir until the mixture is homogeneous. Finally, add the yeast and mix gently until the dough is incorporated. Pour this dough into a greased and floured form. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for about half an hour.
- Coverage: Mix condensed milk and lemon juice and place on top of the cold cake. Sprinkle lemon zest.
