  • eggs (whites and yolks separated2 unit(s)
  • sugar1.1/2 cup
  • butter3 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice1 unit(s)
  • lemon zest1 tablespoon
  • milk1 cup
  • wheat flour3.1/2 cup
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Lemon zest for garnish to taste
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Lemon juice2 unit(s)
  1. In a mixer, in a bowl, beat the egg whites. Reserve
  2. Still in the mixer, in another bowl, beat the yolks, sugar and butter until you form a light cream.
  3. Mix the juice and zest and alternate the milk and flour until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  4. Add the yeast and the snow whites and mix with a spoon.
  5. Transfer to a greased and floured form with a hole in the middle of 24 cm in diameter and take it to the medium oven, preheated, for 30 minutes or until golden.
  6. Let cool and unmold.
  7. Mix the icing ingredients: 1 lara of condensed milk and the juice of two lemons and spread over the cake.
  8. Garnish with lemon zest and serve.
