  • Eggs: 5 units• Sugar: 1 + 1/2 cup. (tea)• Oil: 4 tablespoons• Natural yogurt: 1 pot• Lemon: 1 unit• Wheat flour: 2 + 1/2 cup. (tea)• Baking powder: 1 tablespoon2 tablespoon
  1. Preparation mode Here's how to make a simple lemon cake: Preheat the oven to 170º, grease and flour a large loaf tin. Reserve. In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Turn off the mixer and add the oil, yogurt, lemon juice and zest, half a cup of water and wheat flour. Turn the mixer on again and beat until a homogeneous mass is formed. Finally add the baking powder and beat some more. Transfer the dough to the pan and bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and dry. Unmold when warm.
