  • Wheat Flour300 g
  • Unsalted butter100 kg
  • Eggs1 unit(s)
  • Water400 ml
  • Eggs (topping)3 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Unsalted butter1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Leek100 g
  • Heart of palm300 g
  • Peeled Seedless Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Parmesan cheese100 g
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and knead.
  2. Then wrap it in cling film and put it in the fridge to rest for 15 minutes.
  3. With the help of a rolling pin, open the dough, mold it into a removable bottom shape and take it to the preheated medium oven for 10 minutes or until the dough is lightly golden.
  4. Remove from the oven and set aside.
  5. (Filling) Cream In a pan, briefly sauté the onion and leek in butter.
  6. Then, stuff the dough with the following ingredients: sautéed leeks and onions, hearts of palm and tomatoes.
  7. Cover with the cream, spread the Parmesan cheese and take it to the oven for another 20 minutes to finish.
  8. Serve immediately.
