- lasagna noodles500 g

- ground beef500 g

- grated carrot in the fine grater1 unit(s)
- half a cup of chopped celery0.5 cup
- tomato pulp1 can(s)
- Beef Broth Tablets2 unit(s)
- hot water1 cup
- butter2 tablespoon
- wheat flour2.5 tablespoon
- Milk500 ml
- Nutmeg. to taste
- salt. to taste
- black pepper. to taste
- Box of Sour Cream1 unit(s)
- sliced mozzarella cheese250 g
- grated parmesan cheese2 tablespoon
- 🔥LASAGNA: Cook the pasta according to package instructions and place in a bowl of cold water until ready to assemble.
- 🔥BOLOGNESE SAUCE: In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the meat. Add the onion, carrot, celery and let it sauté until wilted.
- Add the tomato pulp and the broth tablet, dissolved in hot water.
- Let it cook for about 10 minutes, or until the sauce thickens. Reserve.
- 🔥 WHITE SAUCE: In a pan, melt the butter, add the wheat flour and let it brown.
- Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Add the nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- When it acquires a creamy consistency, remove from the heat, add the Milk Cream, mix well and set aside.
- 🔥ASSEMBLY: In a refractory container (20 x 30 cm), place a portion of bolognese sauce; cover with a layer of pasta, and a portion of white sauce and put the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers to the edge of the container.
- Finish with the grated Parmesan cheese and bake in a high oven (220°C), preheated, for about 20 minutes or until golden. serve.
