Descasque as batatas e coloque-as para cozinhar;

Após cozidas as batatas, passar pelo espremedor;

Picar a cebola em pedaços bem pequenos;

Em uma panela colocar o óleo, fritar a cebola, acrescentar 1 colher de sal com alho, misturar e deixar fritar por 1minuto;

Acrescentar a carne e refogar até começar a fritar e secar o líquido da carne (deixar carne úmida). Acrescentar o cheiro verde misturar bem e reservar.

Peel the potatoes and put them to cook;

After the potatoes are cooked, pass through the ricer;

Chop the onion into very small pieces;

In a pan put the oil, fry the onion, add 1 spoon of salt with garlic, mix and let it fry for 1 minute;

Add the meat and sauté until it starts to fry and the liquid from the meat dries up (leaving the meat moist). Add the green smell, mix well and reserve.

Em uma panela colocar a manteiga e deixar derreter;

Acrescente 1 colher de sal e alho e fritar um pouquinho na manteiga;

Despejar na panela a batata já espremida e mexer bem para temperar homogeneamente toda a batata;

Acrescentar o creme de leite e misturar até dar o ponto de purê.

In a pan put the butter and let it melt;

Add 1 tablespoon of salt and garlic and fry a little in butter;

Pour the squeezed potato into the pan and stir well to evenly season the whole potato;

Add the cream and mix until you get a puree.

Untar um pirex refratário por inteiro. 

1° Camada: Acrescentar metade do purê;

2° Camada: Despejar toda a carne;

3° Camada: Espalhar todo o requeijão de forma uniforme sobre a carne moída;

4° Camada: Despeje o restante do purê;

Por fim coloque o queijo parmesão ralado sobre o purê e leve ao forno pré aquecido a 180° até gratinar e dourar o queijo.

Servir quente.

Grease a whole refractory pyrex.

1st Layer: Add half of the puree;

2nd Layer: Dump all the meat;

3rd Layer: Spread all the curd evenly over the ground beef;

4th Layer: Pour the rest of the puree;

Finally, place the grated Parmesan cheese over the puree and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° until the cheese is browned and golden.

Serve hot.
