- Water2 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese150 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Heart of palm2 cup
- Broccoli1/2 cup
- Bacon1/2 cup
- For the dough - 225g of wheat flour, 100g of margarine, 1 egg, salt, 2 tablespoons of water, stir until a dough forms, wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate
- for the quiche cream in a bowl, beat 3 eggs slightly, add 150g of cheese cubes and seasonings as desired
- To complement the cream in a pan put a lot of onion, heart of palm, broccoli and bacon already fried, then mix it in the quiche cream
- Open the dough in the mold with the help of your hands, take it to the oven with a fork and pre-bake for 10 eu, remove the pre-baked dough, place the filling, sprinkle grated parmesan on top and take it to the pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 30 min
