- Oat flour90 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Tomato Extract4 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese30 g
- Corn to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Mix the flour, egg and oil until you form a dough that you can shape.
- Divide the dough into two parts, grease your hands and take one part, open the dough in a round shape and lift one edge like an esfiha, repeat this process with the other.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until the dough is dry.
- Remove from the oven, put the tomato sauce, corn, cheese and oregano on top, put it in the oven again for 5 min for the cheese to melt.
- Serve yourself then.
