- Baking Powder1 dessert spoon
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Smoked paprika to taste
- Cooked and shredded chicken breast1/2 kg
- Chopped Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Minced garlic3 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped coriander to taste
- Salt to taste
- Thread of olive oil1 tablespoon
- Black sesame (optional) to taste
- Sliced Tomatoes1 unit(s)
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- Filling In a pan, add the oil and sauté the garlic and onion. Then add the tomatoes and sauté. Add the chicken and put all the seasonings to taste and sauté. Turn off the heat and set aside.
- Beat the eggs, yogurt and olive oil in the blender for 3 minutes. Then add the flour little by little. Add salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Add the yeast and stir gently.
- Mounting Pour half of the dough into a shape or refractory that can go in the oven, greased with olive oil. Add the chicken and wish for the rest of the dough.
- On top of the dough add the cheese, tomato and sesame.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.
