- Skimmed milk100 ml
- Bananas4 unit(s)
- Apple2 unit(s)
- Baking powder2 dessert spoon
- Cinnamon powder2 dessert spoon
- In a bowl, mix the oats with the wheat flour. Then add the eggs, oil and milk. Then mash 2 bananas and put them in the dough.
- Now chop the other two remaining bananas, cut the apples into small pieces, mix together with the dough and finally add the yeast.
- Mix very well and place in a greased and floured shape.
- Take it to the oven at medium temperature, to bake for approximately 50 minutes. Or do the toothpick test, if it is still raw, leave it in the oven for a few more minutes.
