  • Natural yogurt | 1 pot170 g
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
  • Onion | 1/4 of unit15 g
  • Chopped parsley | 2 tablespoons4 g
  • Salt | 1/2 coffee spoon4 g
  • Wheat Flour | 1 cup160 g
  • Baking Powder | 1 tablespoon15 g
  • Ham250 g
  • Mozzarella Cheese250 g
  • cherry tomato10 unit(s)
  • Olive10 unit(s)
  • Onion | 1/2 unit60 g
  • Yellow pepper1/4 unit(s)
  • Parsley1 to taste
  • Oregano1 to taste
  1. To make the dough, add the eggs in a bowl and beat lightly, add the oil and yogurt and mix well, then add the onion, parsley, grated cheese and salt and mix well. Add the yeast and stir until incorporated.
  2. Transfer the dough to a greased and floured rectangular shape, I used an 18x28cm shape.
  3. Place the chopped ham, the chopped cheese on the dough, spread the sliced onions, the peppers in strips, the halved cherry tomatoes and the olives over the cheese. Add parsley and oregano to taste.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for approximately 35 minutes or until golden.
