- Semi-skimmed or plant-based milk1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Coconut oil2 tablespoon
- Brown sugar and cinnamon to taste
- Grease a mold with coconut oil or butter.
- Mix the oat bran, rice flour, sugar and yeast.
- Cover the entire bottom of the pan with half of the mixture. Place the grapes and the rest of the mixture on top.
- Beat the eggs with the milk and vanilla essence, poke holes in the pie and pour the liquid mixture on top so that it covers everything.
- Sprinkle a little more sugar and cinnamon on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes, until dry and golden on top.
