- Wheat flour700 g
- Cold Margarine500 g
- ice water4 tablespoon
- Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
- Shredded Chicken1 kg
- Cottage cheese500 g
- Salt to taste
- In a bowl, mix the wheat and butter until crumbly.
- Add the water and knead well until you get a smooth dough.
- Wrap in cling film and place in the fridge for approximately 30 minutes.
- While the pasta rests, make a sauce of your choice with the shredded chicken.
- Use half the dough to line the baking sheet.
- Put the chicken sauce add the curd
- Top with the rest of the dough
- Brush the pie with the yolk and take it to the medium oven (180°C), preheated, for approximately 40 minutes.
