Put a large pan on the fire, let it heat well. Add oil, a little garlic, onion, salt, the chicken stock and colorific. Let it brown and add the chicken breast and water. Let it cook for approximately 30 minutes or until cooked.
In a large bowl, place the flour, eggs, lard, cream, a shallow tablespoon of salt, and a shallow spoon of sugar as well. Touch of Grace ;)
Mix everything until the dough is fluffy and smooth.
After the chicken breast is cooked, let's sauté it. First, shred it well. In a heated pan, put a little oil or olive oil, onion, garlic and let it brown. Add the chicken breast and use a little of the broth from the cooking of the breast, already strained, to moisten our stuffing. Also add the olives, chives and a spoon of wheat flour. This will make your filling very creamy. Stir well, until the flour lumps break up. Taste and make sure the salt is just right.
On a previously sanitized bench, line with plastic film and open part of the dough with a rolling pin.
Place the dough on the bottom and sides of a platter or large tray, then add the filling.
Also open the second part of the dough and "cover" our pie. You can also decorate it by cutting a strip of dough and placing it the way you want. ;)
If you like the golden look of the pie, brush a little egg yolk on top of the pie.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
Ready, you can serve it with white rice. And also as a delicious snack, accompanied by juice, coffee or soda ;-)
