In a container, mix the wheat flour, parmesan, eggs, salt, butter and mix well until the dough forms; Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Put it in a shape and press well spreading the dough.
In a bowl, place the ricotta, the sliced mushrooms, the chopped onion, the tomatoes cut in half, the green smell, the seasonings and salt to taste. Mix well.
Place the filling on top of the dough.
In a container, mix the cream, the egg, the Parmesan cheese, mix well.
Add the topping mixture on top of the stuffing and finally the gorgonzola cheese, put everything in the oven at 180ºC for approximately 30 minutes.
