- Margarine4 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Parmesan cheese100 g
- Ham200 g
- Leek1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Mix the flour, margarine and salt, and line the bottom and sides of a removable rim pan.
- In a blender, beat the cream, eggs and Parmesan with a pinch of salt.
- Sauté the garlic with olive oil and place the ham.
- Add the cream to the sautéed and put it in the form.
- Bake at 180° for 40 minutes.
