  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Cold butter150 g
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Cold water3 tablespoon
  • Leek2 cup
  • Bacon100 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
  1. Mix the flour, cold butter without cubes and salt
  2. Gradually add the ice water until you get the point. It can be 3 to 5 tablespoons of ice water
  3. Place the dough in the fridge to rest while you prepare the filling.
  4. For the stuffing: fry the bacon then add the leek.
  5. Apart, lightly beat 3 eggs, increasing cream and salt to taste, grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Mix the bacon and fried leek with the egg mixture.
  7. Bake the dough open for 15 min
  8. Put the stuffing after the dough is already baked and put it in the oven again for 10 minutes to brown.
