- Wheat flour1 cup
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Soybean oil1 tablespoon
- Yeast1 dessert spoon
- Salt to taste
- Herbs to taste
- Ham, mozzarella cheese and cheese300 g
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Whisk all the ingredients in the blender except the chosen filling, which can be ham and cheese, calabrese sausage, or another of your choice.
- Heat a medium skillet with a drizzle of oil to prevent sticking and fill with half the batter.
- Pour in the filling of your choice. I recommend having another skillet of similar size to turn the dough.
- Cook over low heat until golden. After that, turn the dough to the other skillet.
- Make sure it's cooked inside. Once both sides are done, turn off the heat, remove from the skillet and place on a plate. Serve!
