  • Ground beef500 g
  • Mint1 unit(s)
  • Beef broth to taste
  • Water700 ml
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Oil100 ml
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Green Smell to taste
  1. Put the wheat flour for kibbeh to soak for approximately 3 hours, then drain and squeeze the flour.
  2. Mix the ground beef, butter, chopped onion, salt, pepper and mint, before frying, if you prefer, pass through a grinder or food processor before frying.
  3. Roll in the shape of a kibbeh and then fry in hot oil.
