- Large potatoes, boiled and mashed as a puree1 kg

- Mix the potato, already mashed, with 1 cup of curd. Check the salt and add a little more if necessary. Distribute in a refractory. Reserve. If you wish, add pepper-of-scent. Place over the potato. Distribute the potato straw. Place in the oven to brown. Serve with white rice and salad.
