- Sift the flour and yeast into a bowl and set aside.
- In the blender, beat the eggs for 5 minutes, add the oil and sugar and beat for another 3 minutes.
- Mix the liquid with the wheat flour and a cup of orange juice, stirring for 5 minutes.
- Bake at 200° for about 40 minutes or until golden.
- Remove from the oven, give light holes and place a cup of orange juice on top of the cake and serve.
