- Boiled cassava300 g
- Milk200 ml
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Cooked and shredded chicken breast400 g
- Sour cream1/3 unit(s)
- Cottage cheese3 tablespoon
- Mozzarella50 g
- Onion1/4 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Green smell to taste
- In a pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine, and sauté the onion. Add the shredded chicken, chopped tomato and season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Refo for a few minutes.
- Add the green smell, milk cream and cottage cheese, mix well. Reserve.
- Place the cooked cassava and cut into cubes in the blender. Season with 1 spoon of butter or margarine, salt, pepper.
- Gradually add the milk until it becomes creamy. Finally, put half the mozzarella and mix with a spoon (without turning on the blender!)
- On a platter, place the chicken and cover with the cassava puree.
- Finish with the mozzarella and take it to the oven until golden!
