  • Boiled cassava300 g
  • Milk200 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Paprika to taste
  • Cooked and shredded chicken breast400 g
  • Sour cream1/3 unit(s)
  • Cottage cheese3 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella50 g
  • Onion1/4 unit(s)
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Green smell to taste
  1. In a pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine, and sauté the onion. Add the shredded chicken, chopped tomato and season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Refo for a few minutes.
  2. Add the green smell, milk cream and cottage cheese, mix well. Reserve.
  3. Place the cooked cassava and cut into cubes in the blender. Season with 1 spoon of butter or margarine, salt, pepper.
  4. Gradually add the milk until it becomes creamy. Finally, put half the mozzarella and mix with a spoon (without turning on the blender!)
  5. On a platter, place the chicken and cover with the cassava puree.
  6. Finish with the mozzarella and take it to the oven until golden!
