- Margarine500 g
- Wheat flour1 kg
- Salt to taste
- In a large bowl, place the wheat flour. Then, take an American cup and remove that exact amount of flour from the bowl.
- Ready! You will have the exact amount of flour for the recipe.
- Gradually add the margarine, salt and mix well.
- Put the dough in the molds, fill to taste and cover the pies.
- Brush with egg yolk and bake in a preheated medium oven until the pies are golden.
