- Wheat flour2 cup
- Butter4 tablespoon
- Sour cream1/2 can(s)
- Salt1/2 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Chopped Bacon1 cup
- Sliced leek2 cup
- Sour cream1/2 can(s)
- Beaten eggs3 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan1/2 cup
- Sao1 to taste
- In a bowl, place all the dough ingredients (flour, butter, half of the cream, salt and yeast). Knead well. Let it rest in the fridge for about 20 minutes. Line the bottom and sides in a form with a removable bottom. Bake for about 20 minutes in an oven at 180°C.
- Fry the bacon. Add the garlic and let it sauté a little. Turn off the fire. Add the other ingredients. Put all the stuffing over the dough. Put it back in the oven for about 30 minutes to brown. Serve it hot.
