- Biscuit Maria or cornstarch300 g
- Room temperature butter (ointment point)2 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Juice of 2 lemons0 unit(s)
- Box of sour cream1 unit(s)
- Whipped cream to decorate to taste
- For dough: Crush the cookies until they are crumbly. Add the butter and mix.
- For the cream: Beat the condensed milk, lemon juice and cream in a blender for about 4 minutes.
- Mounting: In a shape, preferably with a removable bottom, place the dough, squeezing and modeling the bottom and sides. Then add the cream and put it in the fridge for 2 hours. Then just decorate with whipped cream to taste and lemon zest. If you want, you can use a blowtorch to brown the whipped cream. And serve!
