- Recipe
- Black grape500 g
- Gluten-free flour mix500 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Warm water2 cup
- Dry yeast1 tablespoon
- Melted butter2 tablespoon
- Vanilla Extract1 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Additional: grape topping 2 to 3 cups of black grape 1 tablespoon sugar Farofa ½ cup flour mix (or rice) ½ cup of sugar 2 tablespoons chilled butter
- Way of doing: In a large bowl, beat the egg white until it becomes snowy, after adding the yolk, warm water, yeast, butter, sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Mix well. Then add the flour mix and mix very slowly so that the dough is homogeneous, the result will be a soft dough.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise in a closed place for approximately 30 minutes, the dough should double in volume. While the dough is rising, prepare the topping, put the ingredients for the farofa in a bowl, mix and with your hands, mix well to obtain a farofa.
- Clean and drain the grape grains well, let them drain or pat them dry with a paper towel, then mix in the sugar. Reserve. Once the dough has risen, choose a mold or platter measuring approximately 30 x 25 cm and grease it with butter or olive oil.
- Transfer the dough to the platter, spread the grape grains over the dough and then spread the farofa. Cover the platter with a clean cloth, let rise for another 20 minutes. Take to bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes, the surface will be golden. Let it cool and enjoy 🍇💟
