  1. In a bowl, place the eggs, olive oil, salt, water and the oatmeal gradually, because you may use 180g to 200g, mix well with a spatula, then with your hand until the dough is homogeneous, uniform and taking off from your hand.

  4. Take the already baked quiche dough and cut the Minas cheese, put it in the dough together with the tomatoes cut in half, add our white sauce and bake it for 40 min in a preheated oven at 180g
