Ingredients

  • Skinless chicken breast | 500 g
  • Chicken broth | 1/2 l
  • Oil | 4 tablespoon
  • Crushed garlic | 1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Tomato without skin or seed | 3 unit(s)
  • Pea | 1 cup
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Pepper |  to taste
  • Milk | 250 ml
  • grated cheese |  to taste
  • Baking powder | 1 tablespoon
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Wheat flour | 1.1/5 cup
  • Eggs | 2 unit(s)
  • Oil | 3/4 cup

Recipe

  1. Cook the chicken breast in the broth until tender.
  2. Separate 1 cup (tea) of broth from the cooking and set aside.
  3. Sauté the other ingredients and add the peas last.
  4. Shred the chicken, mix it with the broth and let it cook until dry.
  5. Beat the milk, oil and eggs in a blender on low speed.
  6. Gradually add the flour, salt and yeast.
  7. Pour half of the dough into a greased pan and add the stuffing over it.
  8. Cover with the rest of the dough and the grated cheese.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) until golden.
