  • Corn | 1 can(s)
  • Oil | 1/2 can(s)
  • Sugar | 1 can(s)
  • Cornmeal | 1/2 can(s)
  • Eggs | 4 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour | 2 teaspoon
  • grated coconut | 100 g
  • Organic Yeast | 1 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. Whisk all the ingredients together in a blender. Then add grated coconut, yeast and mix. Put it to bake. Place in a round shape with a hole or in a square shape. The form must be greased and floured. The cooking time in the round is faster, but the recipe is shorter. To increase, do it with twice the ingredients. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
