- Dough: Wheat Flour600 g
- Butter4 tablespoon
- Beaten egg yolk to spread over the dough.1 unit(s)
- Stuffing: Cooked and shredded chicken breast1 kg
- Cloves Garlic4 unit(s)
- Chopped Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Large chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Seasonings to taste to taste
- Cilantro to taste to taste
- tomato paste to taste

- Cottage cheese200 g

- Stuffing: Cook the chicken breast, shred and set aside.
- In a pan, put the oil, fry the onion and let it brown.
- Add the garlic, fry for a few more minutes and add the shredded chicken.
- Add your seasonings and the can of corn and sauté well.
- Finally, add the cream and cream cheese.
- Dough: In a bowl, mix the wheat and butter until the dough no longer sticks to your hand.
- Use half of the dough to line the baking sheet and the other to cover the filling.
- Brush the pie with the yolk and take it to the medium oven (180°C), preheated, for approximately 40 minutes.
