  1. Cook the eggs, cut into slices onion, tomato and the eggs already cooked
  2. In a pan, bring 1 liter of water to boil and gradually add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Chop 1 tomato 1 onion 2 eggs already sewn half a can of sardines and the rest set aside to decorate the mold
  4. In the pan, place the chopped ingredients in the boiling water, salt and seasoning to taste and add the cornmeal (Flocão) little by little so it doesn't become moldy until it becomes a dough, pour it into the already decorated pan.
  5. Wait a moment and unmold and it's ready to serve.
