- In a bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal and baking powder and set aside.
- Beat the other ingredients in the blender until smooth and then mix with the dry ingredients that were reserved.
- Put it in a greased and infarcted shape and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes!
