  • Large Onions2 cup
  • Corn on the cob2 cup
  • Eggs1 unit(s)
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Milk500 ml
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • milarina250 g
  • Half-cured shredded cheese300 g
  1. Heat the oil and butter and sauté the onion cut into slices until golden and set aside.
  2. Blend the chopped corn, eggs, oil and milk in a blender until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Transfer the liquid to a bowl and add the salt, milharina, cheese, sauteed onion and mix well.
  4. Place in a refractory shape and take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
