- Cornmeal1/2 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Green corn must be drained of its water to use in the recipe.
- Blend everything but the yeast in the blender. Turn off, put the yeast and beat just enough to mix the yeast
- grease the shape
- Place in the oven at 230°
- Only take the cake out when it's really dry inside.
