- 1 can of corn, milk, corn flakes, oil, 3 eggs, yeast, margarine, wheat1 can(s)
- Drain the corn and use the can for measurements
- Grease and flour a cake pan
- preheat the oven
- Place the drained corn, milk, sugar, flakes, oil, eggs in a blender and beat well until the corn is finely ground.
- Add the baking powder and pulse the blender 3 times
- Pour this dough into the form and take it to the medium oven.
- Let it bake for approximately 40mint
- Make the rest of the toothpick and if it comes out dry, the cake is baked.
- Wait for it to cool completely before unmolding.
