Numa panela coloque o leite (separe um copo frio para diluir a maizena) a gema peneirada e o leite condensado.
Leve ao fogo para ferver.
Quando começar a ferver adicione as 4 colheres de sopa diluida no copo de leite frio que foi reservado e mexa até engrossar, desligue e deixe ficar bem frio.
Após isso bata o creme com o creme de leite na batedeira e monte a torta de bolacha em camadas, fica uma delicia.
O creme não fica enjoativo, e pode ser usado em outras sobremesas.
